Occasionally, certain items may be out of stock. If that’s the case, sit tight—we are waiting on our supplier to update their quantities so we can update the site.   

We want to hear from you if you would like a specific print on a different shirt type or color.  We do our best to pick prints and styles that naturally look positively great together.   Please email us at support@talkpetparent.com

Ordering, Shipping & Tracking FAQ

Most frequent questions and answers

Orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail.   Status can be found using the tracking number provided on your email or by logging into My Account . If you didn’t receive an email confirmation, make sure to check your spam folder.

We are only shipping within the USA at this time.  We plan to include international shipping soon.

Once your order is placed, you will receive the following updates via email

  • Welcome to Talk Pet Parenting along with Account Creation
  • Itemized confirmation of your order being received
  • Update that your order has shipped.
  • Orders are processed and shipped within 3-4 business days
  • Status can also be found in My Account

We accept many different payment methods, including all major debit and credit cards, and PayPal.

Yes, your payment information is 100% secure. All orders are encrypted with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. This technology encrypts your personal information so that no one can read it as it travels over the internet.

Returns & Exchanges FAQ

  • Talk Pet Parenting offers refunds in the form of store credit, which you will receive in the form of a gift card.
  • You have 14 days after purchase date to return for store credit in the form of a gift card.
  • Store credit never expires and may be used towards new purchases. Please note store credit cannot be used with other promotions or discounts.  You can use your store credit by entering it into the discount box at check out.  Store credit is for 1 time use only and must be used in its entirety.
  • All returned items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags attached.  If returned items do not meet the above criteria, they will not be accepted for return and sent back to the customer.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. You will receive a store credit if you chose to return.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNS

  • You can start the return/exchange process by clicking on “Return Your Order” on My Account
  • After your return has been accepted you can mail back item(s) to the address emailed to you.
  • Once we receive your return, we will send you an email with your store credit code within 2-3 business days.
  • Please note Talk Pet Parenting is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  We will do our best to help you locate your package, but the customer is ultimately responsible for filing a claim with the shipping company.
  • You will receive your refund in the form of a store credit/gift card after we’ve received the return item(s). It will likely take between 3 and 5 business days.
  • Yes, you can exchange an item as long as you contact us within 14 days of the delivery date. You will receive your refund as store credit/gift card.
